CWJRD is able to operate because of its volunteers, and we are forever grateful! To show our appreciation to return coaches, we have rolled out our Coaching Incentive Program. We realize that some of you spend countless hours consistently volunteering and keep our programs running successfully. Your seasons coaching throughout the year will now add up as credits toward your future registration fees or a CW team shop only available to coaches. 

 

Head Coach: 1.0 credit

Assistant Coach: .5 credit

 

The program will reset yearly, running Fall through Summer. Qualifying coaches can choose to put this amount toward future registration fees, or items in the team shop. 

The credits are distributed as follows:

 

1.5   Season Credit: $75

2.0   Season Credit: $100

2.5   Season Credit: $125

3.0+ Season Credit: $150

We are unable to waive 100% of fees due to the cost of running our programs, but we hope you'll take advantage of this small token of our appreciation.
