CWRO Cancellation Notification Service
CWRO uses the SLI Notify phone notification service that alerts participants of schedule changes or cancellations due to weather or other circumstances. If an activity is changed or cancelled for any reason, participants will receive a call from Caller ID # (614) 333-6230. Anytime that a participant calls this number back (they see a missed call from this number but didn't get a voicemail, etc.) it will replay the last message sent to their phone automatically. It is important at the time of registration that CWRO is provided with the current phone numbers that you prefer we use to contact you with these notifications. Your profile in SportsManager supports up to 3 phone numbers, but we will only use up to 2 numbers for notifications (Home, Cell, Business in order of preference.) It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information in SportsManager is accurate. If you need to change your contact information, email Val Webster
