he CWJRD Lacrosse program is open to all players in Grades 1st - 6th and will participate in the All Ohio Lacrosse (AOL) League, formerly the Central Ohio Youth Lacrosse League (COYLL).

“Scoopers" 1st & 2nd - Coed / Girls: 
The Scoopers program is an introductory offering allowing 1st & second graders the opportunity to learn to play lacrosse.  Scoopers will play scrimmages against other AOL communities (with coaches on the field) and will also have the opportunity to participate in a play day at Fortress Obetz.  These players will wear full lacrosse gear - please see the list below.

Lacrosse Stick
Helmet
Shoulder Pads & Elbow Pads
Athletic Cup
Cleats / Athletic Shoes
Mouth Guard
Water Bottle


3rd - 6th Grade: 
This will teach the players basic skills from handling the ball to passing and catching, basic defense and how to work and play together as a team with the addition to playing games with other AOL teams. 

Equipment Needed for 3rd - 6th Grade:  (Each player needs to provide)
Lacrosse stick
Mouth piece 
Shoulder & Elbow Pads
Helmet
Plastic cleats or athletic shoes
Water bottle

Season Dates
Starts the week of second week of February and ends in early May.

Practice Dates and Times:  Indoor practices will begin in February and move outdoors in March (after daylight savings time).
Grades 1 - 2 (Scoopers): Tuesdays & Thursdays (6PM - 7:30PM)

Grades 3 & 4 (Juniors):  Tuesdays & Thursdays (6PM - 7:30PM)
                         
Grades 5 & 6 (Seniors): Tuesdays & Thursdays (6PM - 7:30PM)
