REFUND POLICY
- All CWRO, Inc. activity registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Any CWRO, Inc. activity can fill to capacity earlier than the last day of registrations. Each activity has a published open registration time period.
- Late registrations will NOT be accepted.
- The CWRO, Inc. Refund Policy for all activities is a 50% refund of registration fee, not including processing fee of online registrations, up to the date that teams are formed and uniforms are ordered for the particular activity.
- No other refunds will apply or be made available for any other reason. There will be NO refunds after the activitys season starts.
- CWRO, Inc.is not responsible for inclement weather which results in cancelled activities.
