REFUND POLICY
- All CWRO sports registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Any CWRO Sport can fill to capacity earlier than the last day of registrations. Each sport has a published open registration time period.
- Late registrations will NOT be accepted.
- The CWRO Refund Policy for all sports states a 50% refund of registration fee, not including processing fee of online registrations, up to the date that teams are formed and uniforms are ordered.
- There will be NO refunds after the season starts.
- CWRO is not responsible for inclement weather which results in cancelled games.
