Each sport has a different starting age. If you need more information concerning starting ages for sports please e-mail us your question.     How can I help? On every registration form we provide a section for you to volunteer. Also during your registration, please talk with the commissioner about what help he or she needs. Everyone in this program is a volunteer. The more parents we get involved the stronger our program will become. Please don't be shy. Give a little of your time.
